We understand that choosing energy services and products is a sensitive matter, so we have a clear policy in place to ensure the peace of mind of our customers.

1. Digital Products & Activations

  • As the product is a remotely transmitted energy or digital file, which cannot be returned after delivery, we reserve the right to refuse refunds in all cases.

  • Please consider and inquire before deciding to order.

2. Physical products (Energy Tools such as pyramids)

  • If the product is damaged during shipping, you can request a replacement or return within 3 days after receiving the product, along with supporting photos showing the damage.

  • The product must be in its original, unused condition. We reserve the right to refuse a return if it does not meet these conditions.

3. Attunement service or course

  • If power has not been delivered and the customer wishes to cancel within 24 hours from the time of payment, a partial refund may be issued.

  • Once the energy has been sent or the content has been accessed, no refunds will be issued.
